Elsa Muratalla: I feel that not only has this (ELDP) program changed the way that I look at things in my agency. I think it just reframed everything that I think about leadership. How it's OK to not know everything, and how Jessica (Mattly) normalized so much for me. How it's, it's ok to not have the answer to everything. And I think going into a leadership position, you do put this huge burden on yourself to just know everything. But realizing that this is all a learning curve, you know, you, you trial and error. Sometimes things work out, sometimes you need to try them a few times. I truly believe that I was blessed to join this (ELDP) program and not just a program but meet someone like Jessica. I feel like she will forever be a, a mentor for me. A huge role model. She's amazing.
