Could you describe your overall experience with Calidad Tools ?
Michelangelo Decaro: I'm really happy with my experience with Calidad tools. I've been using their products for the past few months and I'm really happy. One of the things that stuck out to me most though was anytime I've placed an order, it has been processed and shipped within the same day, which is incredibly impressive to me that they can move that fast. Um But I've just really been happy with everything so far.
Which products from Calidad Tools have you chosen and why?
Michelangelo Decaro: So I've used several of their products by now. What I use the most is the butter cutter and I am just really impressed with how long it lasts and how clean the cuts are every time. And not that I really need it because the cuts are so clean. But I still like to use like the Coney Island combo. Um and just their other polishing tools and all of those working together help make all of my uh cuts so much cleaner. So I really appreciate those, those products.
What has been your experience with Calidad products so far?
Michelangelo Decaro: I'm really happy with my experience with all of the products that I've used, um, for the past few months now, almost a full year. I've been using the butter cutter. I've been using their sponges. I've been using, um, their Coney Island combo champ for stuff, um, their little polishing pads. Um, I've been using a lot of their stuff and I really don't have any complaints even with their towels. Uh, I really like those a lot more than traditional towels. Um, they're really durable. They seem easier to clean and, um, they, I've noticed it seems like I'm getting a lot more coverage on my tiles. So I'm really happy with all of the products that I've used.
What other products you'd like to see from Calidad Tools?
Michelangelo Decaro: So there are two products that I think I would like to see. Uh the first one would just be more sizes available for the leveling clip system. And that's really been the reason why I haven't tried it yet is because I've needed like a specific size that wasn't available. Um So that would be one thing and then the next thing would be some kind of organizational tote that would separate my wedges in my clips. Um But like I could still use it while I'm in the field. So it's open up top. I think that would be pretty cool. Um That would help me stay more organized as I'm tiling a floor or whatever.
