Brandon Clifford: I saw an awesome quote from Simon Sinek. It's.. "Vision is the ability to speak about the future with as much clarity as if you're talking about the past." Something that I think you guys should all think about and consider, uh, think about how are you casting that vision in your franchise development process? Are you able to articulate a story, an outcome that speaks to the candidate that helps them to sort of envision this as if it's already something that's happened in the past, right? When you get really, really good at that, that's when you're going to see your sales taken to the next level.
