Speaker: Sal Cabibo
When you decided to become a BAI Broker, what were you most excited to learn?
Sal Cabibo: Good afternoon. Uh This is Saliba Tucson, Arizona and uh answering the question to, what was I most excited about to learn in the core training. And uh I would say it's about the process from uh qualifying a candidate profiling them to uh identifying what's the best fit for them to um building the rapport and relationship with the franchisors. And the core training did an incredible job of and the professional job of gearing up for those uh processes and um setting you up for success. Uh Don does an outstanding job uh based on his passion, intelligence, uh attention to detail, follow through. It's just um an intense training program that really leads you up to success.
Now that you've gone through CORE, what has changed with how you look at being a Broker?
Sal Cabibo: Uh, that have gone through core. Uh, there are a number of observations, uh, most telling and it's outside of the core training is uh in conversation with people that, um, a lot of people are not aware that such a position exists is brokering for a franchise. So, uh, that's a big takeaway. But, uh, but in terms of the training, um, certainly, uh, big takeaway is that it's really about coaching and not sales and, and uh identifying people's strengths and weaknesses, their, their level of interest. Um, just, um, it's, it's a high professional position, uh becoming a matchmaker and, and, um, pairing the candidate with the right franchise. So, uh, just, uh, seems like a very rewarding position. I'm excited to really get going with it and, uh, kind of fits with what I've been doing my entire career, which is banking and building relationships and, and being of high integrity and then don emphasizes all those things over and over again. So, um, absolutely, uh, excited to get started.
For anyone considering becoming a BAI Broker, what would your advice be for them?
Sal Cabibo: In terms of um recommending uh anyone who's thinking of becoming a broker. I think the key is that it's ba I uh I was really impressed with professionalism from top management down. Um the commitment to uh leading to you your success. Uh I think you should come in with an open mind. I think that uh it could be in a very exciting uh career uh business uh however you want to view it. But um rewarding, I think uh both monetarily and fulfillment uh helping people is uh is clearly another um another avenue. And uh it's something that I like to do. So it fits well with what I do. I enjoy being a connector. And uh because of that, I do have a lot of connections myself and um and the opportunity to go out and do business development and putting people in the right places is really what it's all about. So I'm really looking forward to uh getting started and, and producing and having great success.
