What does franchising mean to you?
Matthew Scanlan: Hello. What does Franchising mean to me? Well, besides the obvious about the uh playbook for being successful in business, uh, to me personally, Franchising is about uh opportunities and, and creating scenarios where people can be successful. Um, I think when you talk to people across this land, I mean, universally everybody at some point or other wants to be their own boss. And with Franchising, I'm able to help people achieve this dream, I'm able to help them find the right fit for themselves and for their family and I'm able to make sure that you're in a scenario where they're successful. So for me, I am a huge fan of Franchising.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
Matthew Scanlan: What am I passionate about? But I think as I've gotten older or matured a bit more, um I think what I'm, I'm most passionate about is spending quality time with my kids. Uh I really enjoy being around my kids and I want to make sure that I'm, I'm creating an example in a place where they can uh be successful, also feel safe um and spend time with their family. So I want to make sure there's a legacy I leave behind. And to me, that's what I'm passionate about.
What are the top 1-3 Items on your bucket list?
Matthew Scanlan: Oh, what are the top three items on my bucket list? Uh Wow. I'm not sure. I really have a bucket list but, uh, let me see. Uh, number one, I wanna f finalize, I'm setting up a 5013 C uh, for my family to, uh, get involved in a lot of charity, uh, causes. Uh, and I want to be able to leave that to my kids to continue that in the future. Uh That's very important to me that we have a heart forgiving. Uh, number two. I love live music. Uh, my first trip in the Nashville, I fell in love with Nashville and I've always wanted to, uh, put on a concert in the Bay area where I brought back some local bands from Nashville and called it the Sounds of Sound of Nashville probably wouldn't make any money in it, but it would be one heck of a lot of fun. Uh, and number three, find a selfish, uh, bucket list. I probably want to go see a formula one race somewhere either in Europe or in Asia. So that's my buckets.
