What does franchising mean to you?
Jeff Weiss: For me, Franchising means opportunity. It's truly a chance for people to take their career in an entirely different direction and re invent themselves. Many people are looking for more earnings, potential, more passion and excitement about what they're doing or even greater flexibility and Franchising offers all of those things. Uh For me personally, for as long as I can remember my dad working, he owned his own franchise. And I think that's uh why Franchising is uh in my DNA after 10 years in corporate America, when I was looking for a uh a business opportunity, uh I immediately turned to Franchising to seek out the best course for myself and spent 15 years as a franchise owner. And now I've been involved as a franchise consultant for the past five years. So Franchising is uh been real good to me and my family. I've got a daughter that works in uh the Franchising industry now as well. So we're a three generation franchise family. And as far as what I do now, I, I just love the opportunity to be able to introduce Franchising to individuals that are looking for a change and help them to understand all the different opportunities that are out there.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
Jeff Weiss: As far as my passions outside of work, I'd say it's the, uh, the three Fs that dominate for me. Family. I enjoy traveling with family, spending time at the beach and around the water. Uh, anybody that knows me, uh, knows that. I'm a, a huge college football fan. I'm a Penn State grad, so I certainly bleed blue and white and Fall Saturdays. Uh, you'll find me in front of the TV. And then the last step would be food, um, a, uh, a little bit of a foodie and enjoy trying new restaurants and all those types of things.
What are the top 1-3 Items on your bucket list?
Jeff Weiss: On my bucket list, you're gonna find a lot of travel. There's a lot of places that I visited for business in the past that I would love to go back to. I would enjoy taking a cruise to Alaska at some point and possibly visiting Dubai. And there's also a handful of college football stadiums where I would love to watch a game on a Saturday as well.
