Share a bit about your background and experience in franchising

Don Schin: I've been in Franchising for about 24 years now. I pretty much sat in every chair or worn every hat in the industry. I've been a master franchisee. I've been a multi unit owner. I've had a successful experience exiting Franchising. I've been the CEO for a global franchise system. and I've been a broker, a consultant and a trainer, to the industry, one of the top trainers in the industry.

What is the Franchise Sales Accelerator and why should I take it?

Don Schin: The Franchise Sales Accelerator course has really been a breakthrough in the franchise industry. I looked at the industry, I looked at how people actually sold franchises, how they worked with their candidates and actually in a lot of cases how they didn't work with their candidates. And I really felt there was a need for more professionalism clearly is a gap in the marketplace for quality training. And I set out to develop an industry leading course that would help people already in the industry, already selling franchises doing Fran Dev or people who may want to break into the industry for the first time. But the franchise sales accelerator course was designed to fill a gap from a professional standpoint and bring higher integrity and higher quality to the franchise development, franchise sales profession.

What excites you most about working with BAI Affiliates?

Don Schin: I took about 6 to 8 months, 9 months to actually investigate a variety of different franchise broker, franchise consulting organizations. I was seeking to do some unique things in the franchise industry, to do some industry leading, leading projects, to do some industry, leading concepts. And I worked with about four different concepts to really see whether what I wanted to do could be done in their structure in their organization. The other thing that was very, very important to me was an alignment of values, and integrity alignment and a look at the industry and where we felt it is today and where we felt it is, it is going and where it needs to go. And I just felt clearly head and shoulders above any other organization that I was most aligned with the executives and the team at BAI, so I find a high quality organization, find an organization here that really is focused on the success of the affiliates and the success of the franchisors in the group. And I see a real vision. I see where we want to go and we want to become the place to go if you want to be in this career. And we want to be the industry leading consulting / brokering organization in Franchising.
