I'm Sherry Sieber and I'm with Friend Fund. There's a lot of excitement here. Everybody here is interested in the same thing and that is matching interested people in Franchising franchise ownership with the right franchise. Now, what Fran Fund does in the middle of that is try and provide funding solutions. Ba I has been around for a long time. The leaders of ba I understand the industry, they understand the assignment, so to speak, as in making people's dreams of business ownership come true. And I think they're very well organized and professional. How would you say to make the most of these kind of relationships and these kind of, you know, they do this all the time. So how do you make the most of these broke relationships if you're a shy person that's not willing to walk up and speak to someone, you don't know, you may be miserable here. But everybody is here to be, have chats with people to talk to franchisors, to talk to suppliers, to talk to each other, the franchise, the Business Alliance consultants, they're learning from each other, they're learning from brands and they're learning from suppliers. And so if you make it your mission to meet new people every day. You'll have a blast. Favorite thing by the end of it, I am a lover of people anyway. So I'm not happy unless I'm with, I'm happiest when I'm with a bunch of people. So last night when you're seeing some of the people you haven't seen for a year, it's a little bit of a homecoming and I always enjoy recognizing people from year to year and also maybe people we started working with during the year that we didn't meet last year and then putting the actual face with the name, that's the best. I brought four additional people with me today. So I think that sort of sums up how important I think it is because when you have the ability to connect face to face with the people that are actually doing placements, they wanna know who they're working with, they are not gonna trust just anybody with their very precious leads. They treat everyone like it's the last one they're ever gonna get. And so do we. And so you've got to be in the middle of this, you got to meet these people, you've got to let them know you're differentiators. You gotta let them know why you're the best person or the best company to take care of their candidates. So as a supplier, we come to these things with the idea of showing the franchise ors as well as the franchise brokers, what Fran fund can do and how we can contribute to getting their candidates across the finish line. We're actually not selling anything. All we're doing is identifying the funding solutions that a candidate might consider using and facilitating that until they're able to pay the franchise fee and, and get going. So when you're meeting these franchise brokers and even franchisors for us, because we get referrals from both. They're learning to trust us. They're learning that we're real people. They're learning our philosophy of excessive communication. I'll call it, that's our superpower. And I think that it's invaluable. The brokers that are here, they are the business alliance affiliates. They are trying to absorb everything they can when they come to somewhere like this, they want to know what the hottest brands are, how to talk about those brands, how to match those brands up with their candidates. They wanna know that they have, have a funding supplier that they can trust and that they know if, if I trust this company with my lead, they'll take care of it. And so they're just basically on receive. And I think that fits with their theme this year of going back to school. We're at university, we're taking classes, we're learning from each other and that's makes the world go around.
