I brought four additional people with me today. So I think that sort of sums up how important I think it is because when you have the ability to connect face to face with the people that are actually doing placements, they wanna know who they're working with. They are not gonna trust just anybody with their very precious leads. They treat everyone like it's the last one they're ever gonna get. And so do we. And so you've got to be in the middle of this, you got to meet these people, you've got to let them know you're differentiators, you gotta let them know why you're the best person or the best company to take care of their candidates.
