My name is Joshua Faber. I'm with USA Ninja Challenge. Been with USA Ninja Challenge for what about a year and a half now? Been an absolute blast. This is my second broker conference. So I'm learning we're in the space it's new and this is my first conference with BA I so pretty exciting. I talked with a couple of men and women here and was like, hey, where, where do I start? There's a million people running around some of the other conferences I've been to. There's speed dating and you're pitching a million times over. But BA I has created the space for more organic kind of entering in some spaces for lunch and breakfast and dinner. And uh getting some time, I just walked out of our last breakout session, sat down with Joe and Joe Matthews and we just talked for 45 minutes, right? Ba I has been really fun because it's created some of those spaces and times where I can just engage organically. And I think the way that I've approached it comes from the advice of Don Shan and, and Richard Knight, the founder of USA Ninja Challenge. Really who just encouraged me not to try to talk to everyone, but to enjoy the, the space. Get to know a couple of those relationships don't force it. Uh, because it really, it's the long term relationships that are valuable in the space. And I'm lucky enough to be a part of a great brand where I don't have to do too much pitching, but I talk about it here and there, but really just engaging in rela relationships you, you may not get. I think on paper when I was new to the space, I thought the conference was just gonna be about me like talking to everyone getting a million business cards, creating a bazillion new sales and all this stuff. But in reality, I think the space is a lot more about long term relationships and actual relationships, not just business relationships and getting to know each other and building. And so the do is actually don't stress, enjoy the opportunities and the events that are built into it. You do gotta step in and out of your comfort zone sometimes and go talk to new people but enjoy that and let the organic relationships be the ones that really build on because I think in the franchise space, especially for USA ninja challenge. We're a pretty specific brand. It's about kids, a passion for kids is what we're looking for. Specific owner that we're looking for. So there's no reason to push it and speak to a bazillion people. We've done well. We've got a couple of people in the broker space with the A I that have done fantastic for us. And so we get to come here and enjoy and, and really develop those relationships and learn. Heck, I'm learning so much from all the different brokers, all the different franchises because I'm new to the space and it's a blast.
