I think that at the end of the day, we're in a people business and so you have to make sure you're treating the person in front of you like an individual, not a, a lead source, not a, a deal source. You know, I mean, we're doing business with people and changing people's lives. That's what Franchising really is at its core. So with everything we do, we try to lead with that and just treat people like you would want to be treated right.
