What did you take away from your Break Open a Money Block laser session?
Shelly Belk: My my blog session was a reminder with most everything that you're working on with yourself and healing, that there are so many deeper layers that don't always have to do with with the surface uh issue that you may be coming from, and that I get to start looking at those, those things, so they're not popping up in other areas of my life.
How did you feel while being coached by Alison?
Shelly Belk: I felt very held and safe with Alison. She holds a really strong, grounded and non judgmental space, and I just felt like I had a lot of room to work through the process with her.
If you could have a conversation with someone before they signed up for Break Open a Money Block, what would you tell them?
Shelly Belk: What I would tell them about their session with Allison is that to be open, um to really explore the issues deeper than than just the surface level of their perceived blocks, um and come ready to be open and vulnerable and um just really curious about where these blocks are coming from.
