Fantastic book for any financial advisor or really anyone working in financial services. My key takeaways from the book, if you have a firm and you're looking to create a unique selling proposition and a value different from everyone around you, your competition, everyone else in your market so that you stand out. This book is a fantastic resource on how to do that. And then how to implement those processes into your practice. Second key item, if you're looking to generate more referrals from within your firm, this book will teach you the right perspective on how to look at referrals, how to generate them and how to do them in a way that empowers your firm and empowers the client both at the same time again, Blue Square Method.
