How did you find your way to your current role at Brown & Crouppen Law Firm ?
Jasmine Lane: I first started at Brown and improvement as being an intake specialist. And as time went on, I felt like I always wanted to do more in the company. So with the intake department being a large group, I kind of wanted a smaller intimate setting. So I decided to go on the careers and look to see if they were hiring any more employees for a different position. So I decided to pick co counsel. Now it was new and it was first kind of a weird feeling because I've been an intake for about 2 to 3 years. And so being with a different group of women, I didn't know how I was going to settle in. But with the first week of training, I kind of felt like, oh, this, this is it like I know I could do this. I don't know why I psyched myself up being outside of my comfort zone. It kind of really pushed me to kind of grow into a more sufficient person and actually not psyching myself out.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Brown & Crouppen Law Firm ?
Jasmine Lane: I work for the Co Council relations Department at Brown and Ruben and the department consists of four women which are excellent at what they do. I was so drawn back by how well they are, how diversified they were in being in. This team really helped me grow to love the company that I am with. And let's just say my director is awesome Cheryl. Like she really will go to path for you. She will make you feel welcome in any aspect. No question is a dumb question. Even though I have already been with the company for a couple of years, she really made me feel welcome, branching over from a different department.
What stands out to you about the culture at Brown & Crouppen Law Firm ?
Jasmine Lane: I love the fact that Brown and Reuben likes to go into the community and actually let people know that their voice can be heard no matter what type of incident that happened, they will hear you out. I like the fact that it's very diversified. They, it's basically a big melting pot and that when you come in here, you feel welcome, you don't feel judged at all. And I love that about the company.
