Victor Barrera: Good Morning, My name is Victor Barrera. I've just concluded a transaction on my mortgage or the mortgage that I was financing. Um I concluded that with Adam Leese,
Victor Barrera: Adam was on top of things on a constant basis. We had almost daily communication uh which made me feel comfortable about working with him.
Paperwork was signed at your home. How was the experience?
Victor Barrera: Traveling Notary, didn't even know that existed. He proposed to use that while we were in Kentucky because we had to go to Kentucky on an emergency emergency. But uh that didn't happen until we got back to Texas. And when we got back to Texas the next day we had a uh notary come to our house. We filled out all the paperwork and Adam called and said if you need me for any reason call me. Well at some point during this process we did need him to answer a question for us and we called him and he was johnny on the spot.
Tell me about your experience in working with Adam at Breezy Note Buyers.
Victor Barrera: I was amazed at the professionalism of Adam. Uh He was personable. He was to me a very honest person and he had this flair about him that it's almost like you grew up with him and you knew him and uh he was very positive and cheerful. He was like my old buddy, he was my buddy. It was good working with Adam.
Do you recommend Breezy Note Buyers?
Victor Barrera: I was surprised that this question is even contemplated. I, I think Adam told me he had been with the company for a little while, four years, five years or he, he owns the company. I don't know. But this man is happy doing what he does. Anybody that has that kind of commitment to their work. Uh, it's very, uh, admirable. So if I had a company, I'd be, he'd be the man that I hired a heartbeat. So yeah, you can't go wrong with Adam.
