Briefly tell us about yourself and the issues you faced with your HVAC system before contacting Breezy Air.
Michael Nichols: We use breezy, we've used Breezy Air for about four or five of our air conditioners for all of our guest units and stuff. And they've always given us a great deal and provided fantastic service. I recommend them to everybody I know for their fast and reliable uh response and their quality service. So if you're looking for HVAC, I suggest Breezy air. Good day.
What services did Breezy Air provide, and how did the team make you feel throughout the process?
Michael Nichols: We've had a few services with them. We've got the big H VAC system and then we got a few of the apartment size of those little one units. Um, and then we had him do maintenance every six months on all this stuff. So they've always come through whenever we called the office, they've always given us a time and a date that he showed up, he was clean, respectful. They always left the job really good and see my grandson in the back. He needs good heat and air all year long. Put your tongue in your mouth, boy.
Since the service, what positive changes have you noticed in your home comfort or air quality?
Michael Nichols: Since we got our new big machine, uh, the air comes out crisp and clean. We got one of those filters that makes it, you know, filters the air perfectly. It's, uh, spreads out through our house. Our house is about 1800 square feet. It spreads out through the house evenly. There's never a problem in any of the rooms. That's all.
Was there a specific detail about Breezy Air's service that impressed you the most?
Michael Nichols: Like I said, the details were, they came, they were all dressed professionally. They had professional vans, they didn't leave a mess. Uh The owner Corey was very respectful. He listened and he knew how uh what we needed. He really met all of our concerns.
Would you recommend Breezy Air Services to others? Why or why not?
Michael Nichols: I absolutely would recommend them to other people. A few of my friends got, um, services through them, got new HVAC systems and, uh, they have nothing to complain about. They love their new systems.
How likely are you to use Breezy Air Services again in the future?
Michael Nichols: It'll be the only service that I use. Breezy air definitely will, uh, manage all my future needs.
