Debbie V.: So I am so excited to tell you that it's all fixed and now that suddenly it's a hot weather day, I turned on my air and it has worked better than it's worked in the last 30 years.
Briefly tell us about yourself and the issues you faced with your HVAC system before contacting Breezy Air.
Debbie V.: OK, so I had air conditioning, but it never worked really well, and then I had a chronic cough, and after having Breezy come out and checked my air ducts, they showed me what bad shape they were in. So I am so excited to tell you that it's all fixed and now that suddenly it's a hot weather day, I Turned on my air and it has worked better than it's worked in the last 30 years. They were professional, they were prompt, they kept their word when they said they were gonna be here, they were here, um, and everything went beautifully and smoothly and actually they did more than I thought they would. So I highly, highly recommend Breezy.
What services did Breezy Air provide, and how did the team make you feel throughout the process?
Debbie V.: Uh, I had breezy air come out and redo all my air ducts. They met the other previous estimate that I'd gotten, and they worked quickly and um did a great job, and they made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. They wore booties when they came in and they left the place. Um, I hate to say it, I think a little cleaner than when they got here.
Since the service, what positive changes have you noticed in your home comfort or air quality?
Debbie V.: So here in Southern California, it's 88 degrees today. Turn on the air conditioning which my kids used to complain about and say, Mom, it doesn't feel like it's even working. And um my house cooled down so quickly. I was really um. And I know that it's a lot more efficient. So, um, that, yeah, it's been really cool today. I'm thrilled to have it. And the air quality, I bought, um, a purifier and it has shown crystal clear air every day that I've put it on.
Was there a specific detail about Breezy Air's service that impressed you the most?
Debbie V.: I think what impressed me the most, besides the fact that it was a great job, well done, the fact that um they were so professional and that every time I called the office, um, I, if I didn't get a human being, I got a return call within minutes. And then the day that they were coming out, I got updates as to when they would be here and a picture of who was coming. So besides great work, I think they were extremely professional.
Would you recommend Breezy Air Services to others? Why or why not?
Debbie V.: I would highly recommend them. They were better than my next closest estimate. They worked quickly, they came when they said they would and they did the work promptly and did a really, really good job. So I would highly recommend them, no hesitation.
How likely are you to use Breezy Air Services again in the future?
Debbie V.: If I needed any air conditioning or um duct work in the future, I would absolutely use them again.
