Briefly tell us about yourself and the issues you faced with your HVAC system before contacting Breezy Air.
Andrew Duncan: Hi, this is Andrew Duncan with Road Asset. I had an issue with an air conditioner that was leaking down into an event space that I was running. Uh, we had an event coming in and so definitely pressed on time, hit up breezy air and Corey was able to fit us into his schedule. Figure out that we had a drainage issue under an air conditioner unit and that somebody was clearly aware of it because in the attic space, they had set up a bucket system to collect it and it was overflowing with water. Really pleased with everything they were able to do to figure it out and get everything fixed.
What services did Breezy Air provide, and how did the team make you feel throughout the process?
Andrew Duncan: Breezier was able to come out do a diagnostic ensure that we wouldn't have an ongoing leak.
Since the service, what positive changes have you noticed in your home comfort or air quality?
Andrew Duncan: So far there's been no continuing issues. Dry spaces where they're supposed to be dry, cool air where it's supposed to be cool. Exactly what you want.
Was there a specific detail about Breezy Air's service that impressed you the most?
Andrew Duncan: I'd say the most impressive thing for me was the timeliness and honesty that Breezier was able to provide uh being 100% transparent, not trying to oversell.
Would you recommend Breezy Air Services to others? Why or why not?
Andrew Duncan: I've currently recommended breezy air to just about everybody that I know as it gets hotter. I'm sure their phone's gonna be ringing if you need something, I'd call quick.
How likely are you to use Breezy Air Services again in the future?
Andrew Duncan: For me. Anything that I need in HVAC Breezier is gonna be my solution.
