If the transition was a road trip, what's been your favorite 'pit stop' so far?
Robb LeBlanc: I think during this transition, my favorite pit stop so far has been the opportunities that I've been given to learn. When you get as old as I am and been in business for as long as I have, you really have to search hard to find opportunities to get out there, learn more. Bravo does that for you. They always offer many courses and the people that surround you have phenomenal insight not only into the pawn world but into the business world as well.
