Speaker: Kristy, Chief of Staff
What is your role at Bravo, and what do you enjoy most about it?
Kristy: As chief of staff at Bravo, I act as the strategic partner to our CEO, as well as our entire leadership team. I'm responsible for ensuring alignment across all of our departments, driving key initiatives and then facilitating effective decision making. What I find most rewarding is the ability to take a project from its initial concept all the way through to the successful implementation, seeing ideas come to life and how they make a real impact on the company is incredibly fulfilling.
