What’s been your favorite project or accomplishment while working at Bravo?
Kathleen Owen: I've worked at Bravo four years. So it is really difficult for me to pick just a single favorite project or initiative that I've worked on. So I'm gonna name two. The first is the launch of E4473. Any time that I am part of something where we are first to market, we are the innovators and we're actually delivering a real solution to a real problem. That is so exciting. That's what I love to do in, in my work. It's knowing that we're, we're making an impact for our customers. We're making an impact in our industries and that were the first ones to do it. So, launch of E4473 was fantastic to be a part of it also, of course, is a testament that Bravo is always pushing and moving forward and there's always forward momentum and we're looking at maybe other markets that we can be serving with our products. And the second is the acquisition of PawnMaster. since acquisitions are, are big strategic projects. But really my favorite piece of that is how much we've learned the people who have come over from PawnMaster are just tremendous. They're such a great addition to the team and we've learned so much from them. And because of that, we've actually been able to advance the Bravo Point of Sale as well and build new features and functionality that make it even more useful for those folks who are on PawnMaster or maybe anybody who's looking at Bravo. So, I think those, as a, as company wide accomplishments are, are two of the things that I've just loved being a part of.
