What’s your favorite part about working with the Bravo team?
Kathleen Owen: My favorite part about working with the people at Bravo is there's, a true understanding of what teamwork means and not in kind of the cliche, you know, we're all best friends sort of way in the, I'm in your foxhole with you, sort of way. So if there's ever times where you're falling behind, you're unable actually to maybe fulfill something or accomplish something, something may be going on in your life. There are, there's just naturally in our culture, a team mentality where people will prop you up, encourage you quite frankly, step in and do your work for you. if you need to and that's really incredible. It's not only wonderfully motivating, because that's how you want to be for your teammates as well, but it makes it just a joy to come to work every day. even when the work sometimes is difficult or it feels like a grind. working with the people at Bravo never, never does. And I'm really, really grateful that I've had the opportunity over the past four years to build the professional and personal relationships that I have, with people who really understand what it means to be a team.
