Please provide your name, position and how long you've been at Bravo.

Rachel Mooneyhan: First and foremost, welcome to Bravo. My name is Rachel Mooneyhan. I'm the Director of Marketing and I've been at Bravo for two years now and it has totally flown by.

What is your department responsible for?

Rachel Mooneyhan: So the Marketing Department is responsible for getting the word out about Bravo. Be that on the website, any printed materials, ads in the point of sale, emails, social video, all of that, Marketing owns basically anything with Bravo's logo on it. Marketing owns and our big focus for 2024, our most important number, is Marketing Qualified Leads. So that's getting in front of people convincing them that they want to learn more about Bravo and getting them to reach out to us to learn more about our software. And then we hand those leads off to sales and we qualify them, make sure that they're a good fit for Bravo and then hand them off to sales so that sales has a high probability of closing them. And that kind of also helps support the company wide Most Important Number of revenue. So while we own all Bravo's brand and getting the word out about Bravo in general and our presence in the industries that we serve, our main focus is marketing qualified leads.

What do you like most about working at Bravo?

Rachel Mooneyhan: It's hard for me to say what I like most. I have three top things. I think. One is the people - there are so many people here that I'm so proud to work with and everyone loves what we do and is proud to work here. And it just makes the experience working at Bravo a joy. Also the diverse experience like the industries that we serve are so unique and so just different than anywhere I've ever worked before. And I've really enjoyed getting to meet our customers and interact with them and learn more about their businesses, which I think serves the marketing role really well too. But I love seeing like how our team serves our customers and works within those unique industries. I just think Bravo is in a cool position. And then I also love the career development opportunities I've had here. I came in as a marketing manager, I was recently promoted to Director of Marketing and I think I've been really well coached and led and given a lot of opportunity to really push myself and grow. And it's just been a joy to be here. I can say, honestly, and I hope you find the same.
