Kristy Bauer: Hello, my name is Kristy Bauer. I am the Chief of Staff here at Bravo. I've also been lucky enough to get involved in some of our product management work. I joined Bravo back in January of 2017, but I have been working in the exciting world of SaaS since about 2007. So I've seen a lot of different ways that companies operate and Bravo really stands out.
What is your department responsible for?
Kristy Bauer: As chief of staff, I basically wear a few hats. I work closely with our CEO on big picture strategy and making sure that everything in the company is running smoothly. It's a mix of project management, working with teams across Bravo and then finding creative ways to solve problems before they become major roadblocks.
What do you like most about working at Bravo?
Kristy Bauer: Now, what gets me most excited about Bravo? It's really simple. We are a team of doers, right? It's not just talk around here. Our meetings are all about action results and making things happen. The energy here is contagious and it makes every day a new adventure, really glad that you chose to join Bravo. I look forward to seeing you and all of the amazing things that I'm sure we're gonna achieve together.
