Could you describe a time or how Pinnacle Ai has helped you?
Brandon Drake: So pinnacle A I allows me to have multiple means of communication, whether it's through Facebook messenger, Instagram, direct messages, emails, texting or phone calls. And all my contacts are different in terms of how they want to be contacted. So based on getting to know them, I'm able to use any of those means of contacting people uh in order to get proper engagement. So I'm very happy with pinnacle and I'm glad there's so many different ways to communicate because everybody's different and able to reach my customers, my prospects, my networking partners in ways in which they prefer. And I love that there's so many different ways to communicate. Thank you very much for pinnacle.
How would you describe Pinnacle Ai in three words?
Brandon Drake: I would say it's effective, efficient and engaging because it sparks much engagement between your customers and your prospects and your networking partners. I love it.
What's the best thing about Pinnacle Ai that makes it unique?
Brandon Drake: Charles and his team of support professionals provide such really good help. That allows me to really learn all the ins and outs of what pinnacle has to offer. Also, too, I really love that you could do a lot of the automation to streamline your operations, being a more efficient business person. So it saves me a lot of times in terms of the manual procedures, I take a look at my manual procedures and I'm able to automate them using some of the automation tools that P has to offer. So I really like that as a business owner, I think it's a great thing because as a business owner, always growing, always trying to be more efficient in pinnacle dot A I or pinnacle A I allows me to be more efficient in my operations. So keep on going, keep on making those upgrades. And the other thing I like is if there's new features that you want, you can add it to the feature request in the slag channel and the people at pinnacle are very uh they'll, they'll listen to what you have to say and they'll make changes accordingly for the future because they're always trying to improve. So I really like uh the fact that they're open to listening to their clientele or their customers in order to make a better product day by day.
