How would you describe your experience working with Bonfe? What stood out to you?

Alicia Marchioni: Hi, my name is Alicia Marchioni and I had service from Bonfe at the end of November. Um I had a first initial consult at the beginning of November and I've had a great experience thus far. Uh My first technician that came, was named Ben. Um Bonfe was very easy to get a hold of to set up to have Ben come out and do the um complimentary um water line videoing um service that was provided to show um the condition of the water line out to the City Water Main. Uh I love the fact that the text message that I got also sent a picture and some information on Ben. So I knew who to expect at my door, not just a random person showing up telling me they were with the service provider. Um I actually knew exactly who was coming. Um The same thing happened when the two technicians came out to actually clean the water line later in the month. Um Again, Bonfe made it super easy to get that um service scheduled. I had Devon reach out to me via text after Ben had come out and done the initial visit and I was actually traveling when I was connecting with Devon and I was able to get everything set up via text message um, on the date of my service appointment. Um, I got messages again with pictures, information about my technicians. I knew who to expect. They were extremely timely, um, provided wonderful information to me and did a great job with the entire process. Um, Bonfe is fabulous across the board from your reps that answer the phones and make it so easy to schedule to the ones that are on the cell phones. Uh, texting your customers. I could not say anything more positive about the experience that I have had trying to schedule service with Bonfe compared to with other service providers in the area. So, thank you so much. Um you made this a joy and a pleasure and I'm very pleased that I was able to join, um, as a I guess Bonfe member, um, and activate service with you guys, um, with the monthly plan. Um, I think I paid annually, but, um, it has a monthly option or an annual option. Uh, and I look forward to having you guys come out to service my furnace and my air conditioner as well. So thank you again. Uh I'm sure getting that scheduled will be just as easy as it was to get these visits scheduled. So, really, really appreciate the wonderful customer service that was provided um, across the board from every single person that I interacted with.
