The morning yoga ritual has helped me a lot on finding my own pace in the mornings and also to have more intentional focus in between the activities that I want to do. I noticed a big impact on how it helped me to allow my thoughts to flow and not be too attached on them on every thought that I have every day. And also I noticed how deeper I connected with my own breathing and my body. And, and also in the present moment. I already actually recommended it to my friends because it's a really simple yet very impactful practice. So yeah, I will still recommend it.
