Calinka: Mentally, the meditation challenge really allowed me to quiet my mind and think through things better, I think. And physically, I just feel so relaxed and excited in the mornings. So I'm more alert when I wake up because I know it's time for my meditation. And yes, I just feel more focused. It's just been really beneficial, both mentally and physically.
Calinka: I definitely recommend the free meditation challenge to anyone because it's an opportunity to get to know yourself better and to connect with yourself. But for me, it really was a way to build and solidify discipline within my life. And when you show up for yourself in that way, you feel so good afterwards. So the benefits are endless and you really get to explore your mind and feel more grateful to be able to just connect with yourself and your body.
