Anna Andersen: I don't have time to do yoga or meditation in the morning because I have to get up very early because I start to work at 7 a.m. and it also takes time to drive to work. So, yeah, I do meditate in the evening and it really helped me to reduce some stress after a long working day. And it also helps me to fall asleep faster and sleep better because I am the person who has a lot of traumatic, traumatic experiences during the life. And I quite often have nightmares and those meditations help me to reduce my nightmares.

Anna Andersen: I would recommend a free meditation challenge because it helps even if you never tried to meditate before you get that beautiful email with those beautiful words. And when you turn on the meditation itself, it guides you through and somehow it has just the right words for you. So, yeah, I do recommend.
