Please would you tell us your name and current role

Daniel Hyde: Hi, I'm Dan Hyde. I'm the CEO and founder of Erevena.

Please tell us about your career, and your credentials in building go-to-market teams

Daniel Hyde: For the last 20 years or so my colleagues and I at Erevena have been working with investors to build exec teams and boards for their portfolio companies. As a practitioner myself, I've had a particular focus on go to market and general management, helping both US and European software companies build out go-to- market, with a special focus on revenue, both across EMEA and in the US.

What do you hope attendees will get from this Master class, what will they be able to learn?

Daniel Hyde: The takeaways from this session will be: Firstly, how to evaluate the "hire" that you actually need to make, making sure you're solving for the right problems. Secondly, how to identify the experiences and traits required to meet that need. And then lastly how to build scorecards and frameworks to help your decision making through that process as a team.
