Please would you tell us your name and current role?
James Bagan: Hi, I'm James Began. I'm an investor and advisor, and the chair of multiple technology businesses across Europe and I'm also an operating partner at Frog Capital.
Please tell us about your career, and your credentials in sales.
James Bagan: I've been in B2B sales for over 30 years. I started out at a technology firm
James Bagan: and the US. 2004, I started my career in private equity and ended up running and selling a business in 2006 and then again as CEO I ran and sold another technology business in 2010.
James Bagan: So since then, I've been helping private equity and venture capital investors get the very best out of their commercial teams all over the world.
What do you hope attendees will get from this Masterclass series?
James Bagan: In the masterclass that I'll be leading, I'll be using my experience as a VC to examine some of the key metrics that we use to monitor go to market effectiveness and efficiencies.
James Bagan: So I hope that by engaging with these masterclasses, CEOs and founders and well, all leaders can unlock some of the strategies that will help them create sustainable growth in their businesses.
