Can you describe how Blueprint has helped you? The more specific the better!
Teresa Gonzalez-kurzy: So how Blueprint has helped. It's been amazing. I've been so happy with the way the notes are formatted. I can adjust how they're set up. I can um give the diagnosis and I can actually make the note. Into what I need it to be. It is HIPAA compliant and I'm very excited about it. It's shaved so much time off of my Uh, regular routine and having to write the note. I've had really good acceptance with the people I've approached about it. I've only started it yesterday. I am still taking some of my own notes because I just started it yesterday to make sure that it's capturing everything that we talk about in the session that I want in my note. And it's done an amazing job. I also did the treatment plan. And the treatment plans were really accurate to capturing what was happening in the session. It's a great tool and I'm really excited and happy about it. I'm glad it's a compliant and that we have this to help me in my practice. And so, I'm really glad.
How much time have you saved on documentation as a result of Blueprint? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?
Teresa Gonzalez-kurzy: How much time have I saved on documentation? Oh. So initially, when we're getting the client started in the program, it's a little bit longer um to, to create the treatment plan and format everything in there. Of course, some of my, most of my clients are existing, so this would be Um, in addition to documentation. Um, but the, the notes, uh, I think it takes me 5 minutes where I've taken anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes to write my note after each session. So, if I see 67 people a day. And I'm spending 5 minutes on it instead of 20 minutes. It's great savings. Um, I Relax a bit more and I can end on time. Um, and I can get up and walk away after a few minutes instead of an hour and a half after the, my day ends. And have a comfort with it. It's been really great.
How do you describe Blueprint to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?
Teresa Gonzalez-kurzy: How do you describe blueprint to your client when it comes to obtaining consent? So I described blueprint. I said I was trying to um provide all the tools that I can in my practice and I am Using AI to help me write my notes to format them so that I can spend more time in the session with them. I also ask them to sign the consent. I give them permission not to sign it if they don't feel comfortable. I explained that the recording is only audio and that it's only. Saved for the creation of the note, and as soon as I um hit print the note that the recording then is deleted. Um, and they seem pretty happy with that. I haven't had anybody refuse yet. Um, they seem pretty understanding and understand they, but some people even use, they had a person tell me they use their AI in their place of work too, so it wasn't outrageous that this would be something that was happening. A few were actually really excited. Um, that this was a possibility. So it's been a good response.
