Speaker: Sarah L Arnold
Can you describe how Blueprint has helped you? The more specific the better!
Sarah L Arnold: So blueprint has helped me so much. With my notes. Whether that's uh catching up on notes that I had previously started, but did not finish from before I had blueprint or current notes. For clients that I am seeing. Because, um. You just have it on in the background, you talk to the clients just like you would normally, or you can dictate a note and. It Takes all the little bits and pieces, turns into a. Grammatically correct, well-written note that explains things perfectly. It tells you the interventions, it tells you the um things that you're working on. It has such great soap notes. And if you have never done well with soap notes, this does the best job. So. I I think it is worth every penny using blueprint.
How much time have you saved on documentation as a result of Blueprint? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?
Sarah L Arnold: Already, I can tell that I'm going to be able to save hours a week with being able to use blueprint instead of needing to handwrite notes during sessions and then having to go back and either dictate them into a Word document to then type into um The um session notes or just type them directly into session notes. It is wonderful and I will probably save at least a good 2 hours a day. So, It well, probably at least 6 hours a week, cause I only work 3 days a week, but that's excellent. I can do CEUs, I can do client research. I can just have an early night. If I want or not have to come in so early the next day, I am thrilled to have extra time not doing notes.
How do you describe Blueprint to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?
Sarah L Arnold: To describe blueprint to clients, um, it would state that. It listens to the session, but is not overly specific about um. Any of the things stated and even though it is AI generated, I still have the ability to make changes to any of the session notes. So anything that should not be put in the online notes, I can delete. Um, I could delete the whole session note if I choose to. Um, I can make changes to the notes. And um. It saves me time and energy, which helps me be a better therapist because it gives me more time to do other things that I don't typically have time to do, such as client research, um. Taking care of emails or Um, Things such as that. Um, so far, clients do not seem to mind as they trust my Ability to choose the right thing for. The recording of the sessions.
