Can you describe how Blueprint's AI Notetaker has helped you? The more specific the better!
ReChanda Woods: Blueprint has helped me get time back into my life before I was behind on notes. 23 weeks, missing out on pay, not being able to status with my clients effectively because I couldn't remember everything that we had talked about the last or be able to develop an effective treatment plan and activities to do. Once I started doing blueprint, whether it was recording the session or dictating, I quickly was getting my notes done. My managers were not complaining I was able to go back and be able to see sessions so I could be able to get ideas what to do next. I tried the premium edition and it's definitely something I'm gonna be investing in because it came up with great worksheets that I could use and it also saw things that I didn't see in my sessions. So whereas I might have thought that a perspective was being seen by using blueprint and the A I it brought up things that I forgot about or because I was engaged in a session, I didn't realize the client was saying so blueprint has definitely been a lifesaver, not alone financially. It's well worth the plan because I'm actually able to see my clients and get their notes done and get paid at times. I dreaded seeing my clients because I was like, am I really gonna have time to get these notes done? Am I really gonna be able to develop an effi efficient plan? So blueprint has definitely been a big, big lifesaver. I'm so glad that I was referred to it. Yeah.
How much time have you saved as a result of Blueprint's AI Notetaker? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?
ReChanda Woods: Blueprint has given me back so many hours before it used to take me, um anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes to do a note because I was trying to read the things that I had written down. I was trying to look at the worksheets. I was trying to remember. Um, and I have a little bit of a DH D so I would tend to get distracted a lot of times my computer will reset and me trying to do the typing. But um now having blueprint and even, you know, being able to fix my, fix my spelling, um, you know, at times we think we're writing really good and we're not so they sound so professional. So now I really can get a, not done. If it's been recorded for my session, I can get it done within five minutes. So I went from 30 to 5. If it's one that I have to dictate, then it's about like eight minutes. Um And that's just because I have to, you know, speak to it and then, you know, bring it back. But I would say I have 20 clients. So I went from 30 minutes. Um to five minutes each client along with the fact that I'm not that tired. Um, I used to come home and I would not do my si be like, I'm not doing it. I'm too tired now as soon as I get home because I know how quick it's gonna be, you know, to go, go through the note, make any quick changes. Um, and a lot of changes I'm making when I'm walking to the car. Um And so therefore I come home, even if it's on my phone or if it's on my laptop because they're both accessible, I'm able to go ahead and plug it in. Don't have to worry about the computer rebooting or anything in nature or I can even do it sometimes when I'm waiting on my next client to come, when I'm in my um car to do a lot of traveling. So it just allows me to really be able to gather more time. Um I think probably the best part is that when I am in a car with my husband and he's driving because I have my app right there. I can literally fix everything and go on to the um app for my job and plug it in and it's so free.
How do you describe Blueprint's AI Notetaker to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?
ReChanda Woods: Um it hasn't been a problem at all with any client that I've had, whether it's been adult where it's been a kid, I let them know that it is um secured and that I'm recording it. So therefore there's a lot of things that I don't miss, you know, and by not having to write it down um and repeat, then we're allowed to have a more productive session. Um I've allowed clients to read the note afterwards so that they can see that it is able to obtain the necessary information. I've had some that's like, yeah, that's how, you know, that's how I felt. II I didn't think I was saying it correctly. Um A lot of them, you know, I've shown them when I did the premium, um some of the worksheets that it came out with and they like them. So I've had, you know, great feedback and I've had nobody that's given me any type of problem with it. Um getting consent.
