Speaker: Mariah

Can you describe how Blueprint has helped you? The more specific the better!

Mariah: I absolutely love blueprint. It is the best thing. I have ever found as a licensed clinician, um, being a licensed marriage and family therapist, you know, having couples therapy and having more than one person in a room, you know, utilizing this app in these features, you know, pulls insight, um, in session insight and plans, and even the opportunity to see suggestions are so helpful for me when trying to keep track in the moment, um, all the different thoughts and ideas and Thing that it's coming across from the clients. Um, it's helpful to have a place where things are being recorded and I can go back and I can even go to the transcript. It's so helpful in case I miss something, um, in those couples or family therapy sessions, and even in individual client sessions, you know, having the confidence that I can fully focus on the client and not have to worry about if I miss something. Um, it's such a great added tool. Um, it doesn't actually replace my work that I do. I'm still taking notes on my own, um, but this feature just helps me be able to keep track and just check in and I have just saves me so much time and I'm just so grateful for this. I don't really know how I would have, you know, continued to be able to accept more clients and expand my practice. Um, even have the notes feature just saves me so much time, so, so grateful for this.

How much time have you saved on documentation as a result of Blueprint? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?

Mariah: I am saving a few hours out of my day just from doing notes, um, especially when I have clients back to back on the hour. I'm working till about 8 o'clock at night. And when I'm finishing my last session at 8 o'clock at night and I'm exhausted, um, Typically that would be the last, you know, the last end of my day I would use that time to do notes, and now I don't have to worry about at the end of my day working in, you know, 8 hours seeing clients and then so I'm saving about 3 hours a night, and that's 4 or 5 days out of a week. That's a lot of time. Um, and so now that with this newfound time that I have, I'm able to reinvestment to my self-care as a clinician and Make dinner and take care of my home, and just take care of myself. Um, and also I'll be able to go back and get to other client messages that I may have missed, or, you know, prep for the next day, or gather homework or materials that I need to send to clients or follow up on messages that I overlooked because of being so busy, so this has saved me so much time.

How do you describe Blueprint to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?

Mariah: When discussing getting consent for blueprint, um, the conversation goes, hey, you know, as your clinician, as your partner and your support and your healing journey, um, I want to be completely fully present in the moment with you. And there is Blueprint, which is an app in AI it is recording, um, allows me to be fully present, keeps track of our conversations. And allows me to record them so I can go back um to those notes, and the recording is deleted, so it's not stored. The auto recording is not stored. So you don't have to worry about the confidentiality piece to it. Um, I'm concerned about where this information would potentially released. It's not a worry or concern. Um, and so this just helps me to also send them summaries and keep track, and so it's both a tool for both of us.
