Can you describe how Blueprint has helped you? The more specific the better!

Jeanie Zink-Wythers: Hi, my name is Jeannie. I want to tell you how much I appreciate this note taking system. I have been doing this kind of work for. Around 40 years And the progress notes and the paperwork part of this has been a very. Difficult. Area for me, especially regarding insurance. I just recently went through a very extensive audit. And this is gonna be a game changer for me. The first time I used this with a client. I sat back and I couldn't believe how relaxed I was and that I could just actually listen to what the client was saying rather than thinking about how I was going to document and remember. What was being said. And I especially like that this is, has been developed for mental health counselors and it's very apparent that it has, and I like the. Um, ability to have a. Treatment plan that's developed. And that that is. Um, Part of the progress note. Which is part of the. What insurance companies are looking for. So again, I, I can't tell you how much this is. Helped me so far. And to be honest with you, I'd probably pay about any amount of money in order. Um, to continue this. I do my own counseling, billing, deal with insurance companies. I do my own progress notes, so I do everything. And I have spread the word to to a lot of people. So again, thank you.

How much time have you saved on documentation as a result of Blueprint? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?

Jeanie Zink-Wythers: Hi, um, I have saved a lot of time on documentation since I've used this system. Um, It's just a more relaxed way of operating. I I'm able to provide the service. That I'm skilled at rather than having to focus entirely on her much of my time on. Um, documenting. I can't really say that I've. Used my time in other ways other than I just have more time. Uh, to do other things that I enjoy doing. Um, So Again, I, I, I can't tell you how how nice this is.

How do you describe Blueprint to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?

Jeanie Zink-Wythers: I have um. Gotten consent verbally from all of my clients. There are several that do not want to use this. But what I tell them is that this is a note taking system that helps me with progress notes. And um what I actually do is. Once we complete the session, I'll generate the progress note and then we review the progress note together. And I've also done this with a treatment plan for several clients. And they've asked to have the treatment plan printed so that they could review and have it on hand. So it really there's an added benefit by doing this. It gets them more involved in the process. I do plan to, um, I do have the copy of the consent form and that now is a part of my intake paperwork. So that will be integrated on all new uh clients coming in.
