Speaker: Jason L Williams
Can you describe how Blueprint has helped you? The more specific the better!
Jason L Williams: Good afternoon. My name is Jason and I am an LPC, uh, licensed professional counselor out of the state of South Carolina. Just to speak for a moment about my experience with Blueprint is that it overall has been a very positive one and that it has proven to be a great asset to my counseling practice and that uh the, the transcription of our sessions has been So accurate in that it, you know, I don't have to go in and change very much. It really captures the essence of what me and my clients discussed in our sessions, and I found that in, in using it, it gives me back the gift of time, however corny that may sound, uh, it really does in that uh it can be time consuming that they. a straight up burden of it all and getting the documentation and and and the formats that various platforms use, uh, that can become a time consuming thing. But Blueprint really does a good job and help me with that. And so that's been my experience. It's been a very good one, a very positive one, and I look forward to using it, uh, for the foreseeable future. Thank you.
How much time have you saved on documentation as a result of Blueprint? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?
Jason L Williams: As I said earlier, and that it really does give me back the gift of time, um. I would guesstimate, you know, doing it the old school way, so to speak, uh, as far as documenting, it would take me anywhere from, you know, 20 minutes to 45 minutes if it's a more involved case and just documentation. Uh, so, and using blueprint, that time has been cut literally down to to just minutes of me reviewing what has been documented through blueprint. And then, you know, making any necessary adjustments that I may need to make, but it literally gives me back hours every week. And when I say hours anywhere from probably 10 to 12 hours a week that I get back, that I can, you know, kind of reinvest back into my practice and, and focusing on patient care as opposed to the administrative burden of it all.
How do you describe Blueprint to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?
Jason L Williams: OK I really just described it as a tool that I use uh to position me to to provide better care for them. Um, you know, I might, I might play the old card and say, you know, I'm getting old and I have to, you know, I have to use things to help me to keep up with our sessions, but, uh, seriously, um, I just, uh, really, I, I describe it as just a tool that I use in my practice. And I usually don't get any, any pushback or any, any problems or concerns.
