Speaker: Jason Eccker, Synchronicity Trauma Solutions

Can you describe how Blueprint has helped you? The more specific the better!

Jason Eccker: I just recently started using blueprint and I must say that I am really amazed at how effective it is in capturing the content from a session, but really uh and capturing the specific relevant content and not catching any of the kind of small talk stuff. I was worried about that. And how it can create specific uh progress notes in the right format and pull in the details accordingly. I'm really impressed and it's also, it's already helping me be a better clinician in terms of pointing out different techniques that I'm using. I'm like, oh wow, I did use that. So, uh, I, I must say that I was uh skeptical at first and uh I'm increasingly impressed with The quality and um. Obviously, you know, capturing way more than I could, uh, while also trying to pay attention to the conversation I'm having with the client. Um, and I feel like the privacy and the way that the app is structured is, is, um, also really effective and helpful. So, so far so good.

How much time have you saved on documentation as a result of Blueprint? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?

Jason Eccker: I mean, I would say so far I've saved, and I've only been using the product a couple weeks. I've definitely saved a few hours of time, um, and also just feeling less stressed because the notes are done. I don't have to worry about going back and trying to fill in content or remember things and so. It's not just that it saved time, it's also reduced my stress, which then, you know, it's just allowing me to put my energy into things I'm more excited about in terms of improving, you know, my professional practice as well as time for my personal life and uh improving my work-life balance, so.

How do you describe Blueprint to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?

Jason Eccker: I haven't had a lot of experiences yet with this with different clients as I've been selective as to when I've been using it. However, people seem to understand and uh under when I talk about the HIPAA compliance and the level of security and the fact that the uh recordings are not saved, people seem pretty comfortable. I mean, I think people had to become comfortable with telehealth as a result of the pandemic, and that's basically the entire session going through the internet. And people understood that that content's not saved anywhere and uh so I think that we're in a pos uh place now as a society where it's a lot more. Normal to hear something about, uh, you know, AI, uh, helper tools and things like that as opposed to beforehand when people would have been more leery of that technology and its involvement.
