Can you describe how Blueprint has helped you? The more specific the better!
Dr Alma Castaneda: I had my doubts at first about using any kind of AI software for my work, but when I started looking around, I sampled several, but I have to be very honest, Blueprint was my favorite. It has a lot of the features that I was looking for. I can very easily modify it for what I need it for. Um. And also, it helps me keep track of not just what clients have seen and what was discussed, but it also has the capability of me being able to suggest certain worksheets. I can keep track of interventions, and it even tells me or guides me as to what to discuss in the next session. I find all of this extremely useful. It is definitely a game changer. And I don't think that I could ever go back to doing things the way I used to do them, which is sort of just relying only on my skills. So this um saves me a lot of time and a lot of extra effort. So in the end, even though I am paying like $40 a month or so, um, it actually saves me money because it saves me time and with that time, I can help more people. So overall, I think I would very highly recommend this program to any clinician who is looking to make real improvements to their workflow.
How much time have you saved on documentation as a result of Blueprint? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?
Dr Alma Castaneda: Blueprint AI has been instrumental in me getting a lot of my time back, time that I've been able to use for other things like see extra patients or sometimes spend more time with my family. So on the average, I'd say, since I am working only part time right now at this and after hours, I'd say it probably saves me about 2 hours every night that I work and I work 3 nights a week. So I'd say that's pretty significant because I get to actually wind down before I go to bed now. And that means that I sleep better, and it means when I wake up in the morning to go to my 8 to 5 job, I'm definitely more prepared to do so.
How do you describe Blueprint to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?
Dr Alma Castaneda: When I introduce blueprint to my clients, I explained the basic concept of AI and I explained to them that The use of this program makes the notes more accurate. Therefore, I can help them better, and they will get better faster. And so I do explain that AI is will record the session, but that it is erased afterwards once the note has been created. So, I've had very few questions as most of my clients are familiar with the concept of AI. I think the biggest concern for them really is being how long the recording will stay around, but I do tell them that that recording is erased basically after I um obtained the note from uh from the AI.
