Speaker: Desiree Briggs, Mindful Edge Solutions, PLLC

Can you describe how Blueprint has helped you? The more specific the better!

Desiree Briggs: So I've just started using blueprint maybe for the past week and it has been a phenomenal um addition to my practice, uh I work for myself, I have a private practice and I do telehealth sessions only. And so using blueprint um over for this last week has been very helpful in me being able to stay up to date with my notes. Once I end a session and blueprint transcribes it. Um and then creates the note for me, it takes literally no more than 2 to 3 minutes after my session for the note to be done. And then all I have to do is go through and edit it, which usually doesn't take more than a minute or so as well. And then I copy and paste into my E hr sign and I'm done. Um So, uh it has been a great help for me and is allowing me to have more time to put forth towards if it's not stuff for my business, then it's things for me personally for my family.

How much time have you saved on documentation as a result of Blueprint? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?

Desiree Briggs: Uh blueprint has probably saved me close to 20 minutes. Uh It takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to do a note. Um because I have to remember everything. Um I do take notes. I have been taking notes, um myself by typing them up or writing them up during sessions. So then I have to go through that note uh depending on if it's that day or the next day and I have to remember what all of my notes mean. Um And so it can take me up to 15 to 20 minutes per note. So blueprint has saved me almost close to 20 minutes, um a day uh by being able to shorten the time that it takes me to do my notes and I can use that time to do other things for my business, whether it's social media or whether it's catching up on emails with clients or whether it's something personal, like spending time with my family.

How do you describe Blueprint to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?

Desiree Briggs: I describe blueprint to my clients as an A I note taker that records the audio of our sessions. And once I end the session with blueprint that it will transcribe and create the note for me. And once the note is created, the audio is deleted and I have so far received no um issues, no concerns about the software. All of my clients have been very um welcoming of the software uh noting that if it creates um more balance and is helpful for you to help me, then I'm for it. Um And of course, I do also explain that um it is hi a compliant and I reinforce the fact that the audio is deleted.
