Can you describe how Blueprint's AI Notetaker has helped you? The more specific the better!

Charlotte Andrews: I think as a therapist, um a lot of my colleagues can relate to the fact that um writing notes is one of the things that we highly dislike the most in regards to being a therapist and paperwork. But I must say um using blueprint has made things so much more efficient, so much more easier. Um I'm all about, you know, time, you know what I mean? And I think utilizing this, this software, this service has really saved me a lot of time. Um I could be attentive to my clients during our sessions, not have to worry about jotting down notes. Um You know, accept process notes, of course, if I need to or want to come back to something, but blueprint literally captures the entire session. And then what I really love about it is that it pulled out the most important pieces, the pieces that we want in a very, you know, concrete clinical note without divulging a whole lot of information that of course we're supposed to take to the grave um that our client shared it, it just definitely summarizes it um in an awesome way. Um really straight to the point and you know, I love it. I love the service. I love blueprint. I think what I really love about it is a person who practices prolonged exposure therapy. I like the fact that they have pe notes. Um you know, in so many other, you know, mo studies, you know, that people are writing their notes so that or whatever the case may be, I like that you can personalize it even within that range, even within the modality, the theoretical modality that you practice from be it C BT, be it prolonged exposure therapy, be it, you know, D BT or whatever the case may be. I mean, the options um are amazing and I could not have um subscribed to a better service for efficiency for my practice. Um Being able to suggest this option to other uh you know, colleagues, other, other clinicians who are also in practice, be it, you know, they work for a private practice or have their own, you know, practices. Um It's just been an amazing, amazing service. Um And yeah, I've enjoyed it as a customer. So blueprint definitely has a subscriber.

How much time have you saved as a result of Blueprint's AI Notetaker? Have you re-invested this newfound time into anything notable?

Charlotte Andrews: Oh, the time, I can't even tell you how much time I've saved a lot hours, hours, um, writing notes, you know, I often see clients back to back. I might have a maybe 10 or 15 minute reprieve, um between clients maybe, um at times and, you know, I don't think I've ever um been being in practice for as long as I have actually done my notes right after a session, which of course I understand is best practice and whatnot. Um However, blueprint utilizing the service has definitely allowed me um an opportunity to do my notes right after my session is over and have some minutes to spare before my next session starts. Um, which is ideal. It's ideal. And so, yeah, it saves me so much time and I've been able to, you know, utilize the, the time that I've been saving um with doing other things that are necessary for my, for my practice, you know, billing, taking a break, you know, things of that nature. So, yeah, save me a lot of time.

How do you describe Blueprint's AI Notetaker to clients when it comes to obtaining consent? How do clients react?

Charlotte Andrews: I'm so when describing blueprint um to my clients that I want to use it for, I pretty much just, I'm, I'm honest with them, you know, I tell them that I'm using a service um that is, you know, a I generated um that will record our sessions. Um However, I'm using it for efficiency purposes to, you know, support my progress, note writing and, you know, note keeping um within my system integrated within the um E hr that I utilize. Um I emphasize to them that it is um voluntary, that it's not mandatory whatsoever. So if they prefer that I not use it, um I won't. And if they're OK with me using it, you know, I utilize the blueprint consent form, I send it to them, they sign it or, you know, not. Um But I, you know, pretty much explained it to them in, in those terms, it's, it's utilized um in order for me to be more efficient, you know, with keeping um clear record of, you know, the sessions that we have and I tell them how it works, you know, records the session, it deletes it when it's done, it generates me a note. Um And that is all that I use it for. Um And so far, all of my clients have actually been ok. Ok with it so far and, and if, and when I ever get a client who's not, then I won't and I'll go back to, you know, utilizing, um you know, me writing my notes in the manner that I've always written my notes before blueprint came about. So, um yeah, you know, clients have been really been receptive to it and open to it. Um So that's how I explained it to them.
