New business, very big decision! How important was Confirmation Day in understanding the organization beyond the product? Examples?
Tom Ryan: Hey, everybody, man, I tell you, um, confirmation day was critically important. It was really important for me to see how large and in charge Kelsey, chris and kevin were in person. And let me tell you, those are some big men, big men. Um, so pretty impressive.
Can you tell us about the "vibe" of Confirmation Day...how would you describe it to a neighbor next door?
Tom Ryan: You know, from kind of a vibe perspective, I would say going to Confirmation Day was kind of like going to your racist Uncle Larry's backyard pig smoke. Um, a lot of F bombs, um, a lot of culturally religiously, um certainly gender insensitive remarks being made, um, but it was an absolute ball.
Do you have any suggestions or words of wisdom for someone watching this that is considering booking a Confirmation Day trip?
Tom Ryan: Bring your checkbook. Uh Those guys are not dinking around. Um If you're gonna come out there, go all that way on their dime to spend two days with them. When they could be doing something far more fun. The least you can do is pull out that checkbook and buy your damn franchises.
