Share a quick introduction about yourself and your business.
Erika: Hi, my name is Erica Clicks and I'm a job search strategist for leaders in the tech industry.
What challenges led you to reach out to Blessing for support?
Erika: So I reached out to blessing because I was feeling a little bit overwhelmed with the amount of content that I knew that I needed to have an amazing launch for a program that I was developing. Um So I was feeling overwhelmed and figured that a VIP day would be a fantastic way to crank out some of that content and take some of that off my plate.
What was special or different about your experience?
Erika: Blessing has this superpower to really ask the right questions to dive beneath the surface. So she has a process on how to do this and what to ask and what to look for. Um which is something that does not come naturally to me. So, um it's always such an awesome experience working with her for that reason, especially because I've worked with other content. Folks, I've had people write things for me. I've worked with uh like coaching for content and it can be really challenging for, for people to understand in my niche. Like what folks are really thinking a lot, there's a lot of like surface level advice, surface level recommendation patients on what I do with my business and blessing does a fantastic job of pushing all of that aside and like really actually genuinely um getting to the bottom of who my people are, what they need, why the why they feel the way that they do um and how I can help them. So I love working with her for that reason.
What was your overall experience working with Blessing?
Erika: Blessing is like my content, Sherpa. She always um figures out how to kind of pull apart what's happening inside of my brain and getting it into clear thoughts, um, that have direction to them. So I love working with blessing. Blessing because she's so bit dependable to really, um kind of help sort all of those things out when I'm stuck in my own head.
