What is your favorite part of your role at Birdeye?
Rohit Sharma: My favorite part about my role at Birdeye is the opportunity to strategize and drive growth while directly impacting our customers. It's also rewarding to mentor and develop the account managers, refine their skills and help them achieve their targets.
