What is your name and position at Birdeye, and how long have you been a part of the nest?
Danny Kroll: My name is Danny Kroll. I'm a senior manager in our BDR ORG, working with our commercial and enterprise segments. And I've been with Birdeye for 2.5 years.
What is your favorite part of your role at Birdeye?
Danny Kroll: My favorite part of my role is being able to work alongside all our BDRs and help develop their skills and watch them grow and be successful. The role of BDR isn't an easy one. Most sales reps they typically start in this role. We're in the front lines of representing Birdeye and I truly enjoy being able to roll up my sleeves and help them be successful in any way, shape and form.
What do you enjoy most about working at Birdeye?
Danny Kroll: What I enjoy the most about working at Birdeye is the culture. The culture and the people you're working with each and every day, you're working with the best of the best, no matter what role or department you're in, everyone is willing to help. We work as one big happy family and it's a one team, one goal mentality, day in and day out. And I truly believe that plays a big role in why we're successful.
What excites you the most about the future of Birdeye?
Danny Kroll: What excites me the most about the future of Birdeye is how we continue to raise the bar again and again, we continue to adapt, we continue to listen to our customers and we continue to roll out more and more tools and products to help businesses of all industries be successful. Birdeye continues to change the game and I'm looking forward to seeing all that's to come.
