What is your name and position at Birdeye, and how long have you been a part of the nest?
Ciera Fernandez: Hello, my name is Ciera I'm from the Customer Marketing team at Birdeye and I've been here for about five years.
What is your favorite part of your role at Birdeye?
Ciera Fernandez: My favorite part of my role at Birdeye I would say is working alongside um empowering women. I personally have a small team that I'm a part of women. There's three of us, very small but mighty and it's so fun collaborating with them day in and day out and just knowing that we have a good support system with each other, I know if anything comes up, I can rely on my girls when it comes to just taking things to the next level and um getting insight needed on different initiatives and projects. So just working alongside lots of women is always so fun and so comfortable and so empowering.
What do you enjoy most about working at Birdeye?
Ciera Fernandez: What I enjoy most about working at Birdeye is dealing with our customers and building our advocacy program for our customers. So really getting to dive deeper and building connections with our happy customers and making them feel special. making everything more personable and really deepening those connections. so our customers feel valued and they feel heard and making sure that we are collaborating with them on getting their success stories out there to the world is really fun and exciting. So I just love being our go to girl when it comes to our advocacy program and making our customers happy and feel special.
What excites you the most about the future of Birdeye?
Ciera Fernandez: Birdeye has a lot of exciting things to come in the future. Some things that I'm most excited about the future of Birdeye is how we're going to elevate our customer experience and advocacy program. I'm excited to see where that's gonna go, what's going to be in store for our customers when it comes to new rewards, new ways to build connections with them, new ways to just give back to our customers because we just want them to feel so appreciated and they hold so much value. So really deepening the connections that we have with our customers is one of our main focuses at Birdeye. And I know the future has a lot to hold, especially for our customers in regards to our experiences.
