Akash Chauhan: Hi, I am Akash Chauhan and I'm an Engineering Manager at Birdeye. I have been part of Birdeye for the last six years.
What is your favorite part of your role at Birdeye?
Akash Chauhan: In my six years at Birdeye I have taken upon roles from developer to engineering manager throughout each position, one thing has remained consistent and it's my favorite example. The pace as a leader, Naveen often sees tomorrow is too late and that mindset drives me and others to focus on innovation and automation, constantly working to improve the efficiency and excellence in our product.
What do you enjoy most about working at Birdeye?
Akash Chauhan: What I enjoy most about working at Birdeye is the dynamic and fast paced environment that challenges us to grow and innovate the company's culture of collaboration and open communication. Make it easy to share ideas and work together toward common goals of being hash one in everything we do. I also appreciate the opportunity to work with a talented and motivated team that inspires me to do great things for Birdeye every day.
What excites you the most about the future of Birdeye?
Akash Chauhan: The most exciting thing about the future of Birdeye is the company relentless pursuit of innovation and to be the harsh one in it, I'm thrilled to be a part of the team that's not just keeping up with the pace of change required and setting the standards for the other competitors. The opportunity to contribute to this journey, especially in areas like AI inspires me to push boundaries and explore new opportunities and career growth.
