What is your name and position at Birdeye, and how long have you been a part of the nest?
Abhijeet Srivastava: My name is Abhijit and I'm a VP product Management at Birdeye. I manage enterprise products at Birdeye. And I have been part of the Nest for the last six plus years.
What is your favorite part of your role at Birdeye?
Abhijeet Srivastava: The great thing about managing a product team is I actually get to play various roles throughout the day at time. I'm a planner, a negotiator strategist, a researcher, project manager, and mostly a builder and being a builder is the part I truly enjoy. I love working together with so many people, so many stakeholders and bringing concepts and ideas to life.
What do you enjoy most about working at Birdeye?
Abhijeet Srivastava: Approachable and transparent leadership team and ample opportunities for anyone in the department to grow other two important things. Also, I have an amazing team who is as driven as I am to create happy customer experiences. And this is the part I enjoy the most while working at Birdeye.
What excites you the most about the future of Birdeye?
Abhijeet Srivastava: It's two things, product as well as people. We have the product market fit AI is at the center of everything we do while solving customer problems and we have the best people in the world. So these two things like makes the future very exciting.
