Describe your experience with Birdeye
Hi, my name is Kevin and I work with a AZ MediQuip medical equipment stores with eight locations across Arizona. About six months ago we asked Birdeye to help us because we had a virtual non presence online. When it came to ratings, We knew that it was gonna help us with SEO And of course we wanted our customers to know what great service and products that we provide. Birdeye came in helped us from the beginning with clear communication, understanding what our needs are and being flexible with those needs in ways that we really didn't think that they'd be able to help us with. The result has been outstanding. We've gone from having around maybe 50 ratings over a multiyear period to hundreds of ratings over the past six months, needless to say we have been very, very happy with Birdeye and glad that we are working with them. It has made a difference both in our SEO Presence and it has also been great because customers can see what a great service that we provide by just seeing the ratings now on our website.
