Tom Fritchek : Hi we were using Grade Us before we started with Birdeye.
What encouraged you to transition to Birdeye?
Tom Fritchek : We were looking for a more encompassing solution, and believed that Birdeye might offer us that. We also wanted, you know, a bigger brand and we think Birdeye had that as well.
What would you tell someone who doesn't have Birdeye?
Tom Fritchek : If you don't have Birdeye I I think you should investigate them. Give them an opportunity to tell you about their products and services. Their service has been fantastic. Their follow up has been good, and the breath of their solutions allows us to really offer our customers a complete program.
